Key responsibilities included Primary Distribution Planning of Skin Cleansing and Personal products from manufacturing plants to Distribution Centers spread all across country, Transition management, Innovation Planning, Customer Case Fill on time (CCFOT) delivery and Dispatch Rate of more than 300 skus.• Optimization of stock movements across the country for maximum sale execution.• Savings in distribution cost through optimal truck load utilization while maintaining Dispatch Rate 92 %. And CCFOT 90%.• Identify report and follow up all potential obsolete materials to ensure that necessary financial provision is budgeted, if required application for permission to write-off is submitted to the respective authorities and physical removal of such obsolete goods from warehouses in order to maximize the utilization of available storage space.• Allocation management during product launches, re-launches, price changes, trade promotions and consumer promotions to avoid any write off and left over inventory.
