• The basic job responsibilities included:
• To supervise and monitor the General Ledger, Closing entries, cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable and petty cash,
• To ensure that all the financial transactions reported contain the accurate supporting information,
• To monitor the bank reconciliation, investment accounts and credit cards etc., and
• To oversee the bookkeeping functions including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.

• To develop daily report of cash position, forecasting and weekly report of receipts and disbursements,

• To supervise and manage all forex cash balances with the correspondents in an efficient manner,
• To supervise, maintain and maintain and update signatories with the correspondents,
• To assist in managing the short term investments with interest recording and reporting,
