Evaluation• Making co-ordination between User and Supplier for technical confirmation• Communication with vendors and Price Negotiation/Credit/Delivery of Time etc.• Making Rate Comparison Sheet(RCS) for the best three price of the vendors • Prepare SAP Purchase Order (PO) after approval & send to vendor • Receiving Pro Forma Invoice From Foreign Vendor after PO acknowledge by vendor• Co-ordination with Treasury & Supplier to established LC• Regular supplier co-ordination for shipping document (BL,PL,CI,COO,MTC etc)• After Shipping Documents it has been forwarded to Clearing Agent • Clearing Agent request Pay order & PSID for the duties.• Regular supplier co-ordination for delivery of material in time at store• Constricted follow up with Clearing agent for the clearance matter• Follow the with Transporter to dispatch material at store in timely• Co-ordination with warehouse, supplier and User for Good Receiving Note(GRN) • Correspondence and dealing with suppliers, regarding shortages, rejections, etc• Verification of suppliers bill to see that payments are made (3 Way Matches Documents)• Making & Monitoring SLA (Service Level Agreement) before expiry/amendment/extension• Co-operation in Auditing Show less
