NLARS Project.North London Artificial Recharge System consists of building six new pumping stations on different locations close to reservoirs/rivers which can feed reservoirs/rivers to meet the growing demand of clean water in this area.Achieve to build 6 pumping stations.2 in 1st and 4 in 2nd phase. In the second phase I was responsible of building 4 new pumping stations. Duties included taking off materials, plant, Preparing and assisting in monthly Agents report, effective control of all drawings, preplanned workload for tradesmen, 2weekly look ahead program, updating progress in monthly client meetings, communicating and liaise directly with the client about issues and their concerns. Also Coordinating, installation of M&E plant with MEICA Engineers which included understanding civil works required to facilitate the installation, program and access requirements and civil finishing works following M & E installation.Core well lane flood Defense Scheme.The Project consists of different works including shafts, heading, and open cut works. With the departure of SubAgent from the project, direct responsibility of Subagent was taken. After the huge workload I have given an Engineer. Duties included the overall day to day running of site. Responsible and accountable for health and safety, generating the monthly ‘Agents’ report, environment, quality, production, finance, communication with all third parties, programme compliance, material take off’s, resolving technical issues
