Responsibilities:-Responsible for handling various business partners (prime vendors) and Implementation Partners to serve their IT and Non-IT requirements. Responsible for training of fresher sales executives. Allocation of requirements to recruitment teams and getting served. Responsible for the screening of the candidates. Rate negotiation with clients and candidates and submitting out the best fit as per the given requirement. Follow up with clients on the progress of the submitted profiles and keeping the candidates updated about interview schedule and feedback's. Follow up with the clients and candidates for purchase order, documentations and joining formalities. Content management and editing of data posting from different sources.Management of the day to day functions of forum and handling data posting.
