I have 8 years of working in the F&B industry especially in hotels. My experience is mostly on western and fine dining, but I used to work in a hotel coffee house. While working in the fine dining restaurant, I've learnt basic Japanese cuisine , pastry but mostly western and fine dining. I also take part in a few competitions while working in Hotel Istana.
