About Muhammad Khurshid

I have been teaching Linguistics, English Language and Literature for 19 years. My chief interest is research in Syntax (Government and Binding Theory), MY research targets are comparing Urdu and English I-languages, determining the difference between them, and pointing out the cognitive reasons of errors in the learning of English. My PhD research was in this area. Now, I am supervising many MPhil theses on similar themes.My other area of interest is Stylistics. I have taught this subject at MA level for 10 years. Now I am supervising a PhD thesis in Stylistics. My one research paper has appeared in Kashmir Journal of Linguistic Research issued by Azad Jammu and Kashmir University, Pakistan. Many other are send for review.
