As a Key Account Representative at Fidson Healthcare Plc, I apply my Microbiology degree and my Postgraduate Diploma in Education to manage and grow the relationships with key customers in the pharmaceutical industry. I work with a team of professionals to identify root causes, plan production, and implement preventive actions to ensure quality and timely delivery of products and services. I also use my computer skills to create and update reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders. Before joining Fidson, I gained valuable teaching experience as a Class Teacher at Almuneer International College and Mairi Islamic Secondary School, where I taught science subjects and helped students achieve their academic goals.
