1) Responsible for getting the orders from all Distributors (Onco Segment), Retailers, on their requirement nationwide throughcalls & Emails and maintaining the shelf level for at least one year.2) Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.3) Responsible for getting acknowledgment from customers regarding the safe and smooth delivery of supplies and invoices.4) Strong follow–up and liquidation the available stock before the shelf life of the product.5) Responsible for the dispatches and safety measures of cancer medicines6) Identifying the competitor’s strategy and having the ability to gather market intelligence. Responsible for submitting themarket intelligence report for each similar AHP generic and all controlled products toll manufacturing and dispatching.7) Responsible for getting Market Intelligence from Field Force. Identify the Gap Analysis and circulate the report to theimmediate manager and higher management.8) Responsible for following up on the stocks as per national demand and keeping in touch with the higher management.9) Responsible for tracking all consignments through software to make sure each and every consignment arrived at theirdestination safely and also call every accountant for every customer (Pharmacies, Traders & Chemist) that they have lodgedthe commercial invoice in their ledger to their hierarchy.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:1. Compile Production Target Vs Achievements on Weekly and Monthly basis2. Monitor and process dispatches on daily basis (Local and Nation Wide).3. Monitor Physical Stock to systematic stock in SAP S4 Hana4. Check all packing departments ready stocks for space and pending orders arrangement.5. Reconciling monthly closing differences of system inventory and physical inventory.6. Finalize products forecasting.7. Finalize fortnight schedule of distributor’s purchases.8. Make Co-ordination with distributors for their stock dispatches.9. Make Co-ordination with production department on daily basis.10. Have a sound experience of selling, management, accounts & sufficient skills of handling office matters11. Keep liaison and directly report to Supply Chain Director and follow his instructions.12. Timely closed all STO, s in SAP for MRP running13. Destroy obsolete stock and its packing material.14. To ensure safe transportation of Goods from Goods transporters to up-country.15. Daily informing and coordinate with Logistics/Transporter for next day dispatching vehicles requirements plan.

Responsible to making Daily stock Pharma products report.07. Responsible to making purchase order and IRC.08. Prepares source data for entry by opening & sorting mail, verifying & logging receipt of data, obtaining missing data.09. Responsible to manage all filling documents10. Responsible to follow the payables & receivables.11. Responsible to receive and checking of Invoices to our suppliers.12. Responsible for all material purchasing/negotiating for a supplier.13. Responsible for making PO”S after confirmations of rates.
