1. Lead and manage team towards ensuring all highly automated production equipment are in optimal condition.2. Ensure line meeting the target output and yield performance set by customer, HP.3. 1. Planning and implementation of maintenance schedules and records of all equipment and tester in order to provide good maintenance reference and troubleshooting purposes.2. Monitoring the stock level of critical equipment spare parts and inventory management.3. Lead of group of maintenance technicians in the safe and smooth running production and work related to daily maintenance, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.4. Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards. 5. (Plumbing System, Electrical System, Air Condition and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) System, Electrical Low Voltage (ELV) System, Fire Protection System, Lift and Escalator system, Swimming pool system. 2. Coordinating and witnessing the performance of test and inspection3. Checking subcontractor’s works to eliminate mistakes and abortive works4. Supervising and coordinating works among sub-contractor5. As the main contractor conduct a daily inspection with the subcontractor to represent with consultant and monitoring defect in the site.
