- Disassembling, assembling and troubleshoot Encapsulators.- Complete tear down and set up of manufacturing equipment for cleaning and processing, inspect parts for wear, tear and damages, replace parts if needed to produce quality products.- Operate encapsulation machines as per product batch record following Standard Operating Procedures.- Run trials for new products.- Perform changeover and set-up of designated manufacturing equipment.- Maintain 5’s in department.
