Muhammad Alam - Biography I am a brrister-at-law of Osgoode Hall in Toronto. I obtained My Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) from the University of Windsor, Ontario. Along with being a active member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Canadian Association of South Asian Lawyers (CASAL), being a member of the Board of Director for CASAL. I am member of Peel Law Association and Hamilton Law Association. Also member of American Association for justice I have been practicing law in Ontario for over 9 years with focus on Personal Injury Law. With the addition of Civil Litigation and Human Rights Law for over ten years outside of Ontario. Before venturing of on my own I was proud to be apart of Diamond & Diamond and Bergmanis Preyra LLP, Personal Injury Lawyers. Following my call to the Bar, I joined Misir & Company as an associate lawyer and practiced Personal Injury Law. In the summer of 2009 I decided it was time to pursue a dream and open up my own firm, Alam Law Office based on a boutique law firm concept. I decided to stay focused on what I knew best. Continued to practice on Personal Injury Law which includes accident benefits, tort motor vehicle and medical negligence claims. I consider my self to be a professional, passionate and highly skilled individual who is committed to all my client's legal needs. My commitment extends beyond just my clients and my the community. I am involved in number of community service organizations such as Bazm-e-Ahbab Canada, a non-profit organization, which is dedicated to the promotion of Urdu as a Language. The organization provides free Urdu education to South Asian youth. In addition, serves as a Legal Director for Canadian Association for Pakistani Origin (CAPO), a non-profit organization, which aims to create awareness and bridge resources of information channels and services available in Canada for Pakistani community
