This Project involved extensive data gathering, agreements reviews & up-loading, re-negotiating lease tenures for renewals or terminations, valuations & appraisals, and rent /property /sky / utility tax payments as per agreements through system-based SAP REFX module. Divestment of properties (Company owned / by de-leasing) Launching of New Retail identity of Caltex in 1998Was also responsible for introduction of Double-walled Underground Storage Tank System (USTS) in Chevron Pakistan in 2006 (First time introduced in the Pakistan Oil industry) for protecting the environment at high risk ranked sites.
