• Identify, develop and maintain relations with potential clients to drive billed revenue for attaining set revenue targets.• Receives client briefings and analyses the input of client together with background knowledge, research, field feedback etc. to produce creative brief for the Creative & Media team.• Coordinates and authorizes quotations for client approval & assists in preparation of client invoices.• Provides creative, production, media, public relations and interactive department personnel with well-documented input, support data and production materials as required; ensures that advertising strategies are clearly defined, approved by clients, and understood by the creative and media groups• Ensures prompt collection of account receivables and ensures that they don’t exceed the given limits.• Writes client contact Reports, reviews important developments with Director of client services and CEO

• Sort and distribute incoming mails in all departments within organization and dispatch outgoing mails.• File papers and documents of all type of office records.• Update Attendance/Leave records and payroll. • Oversee all aspects of office inventory and maintenance of inventory.• Scheduling of appointments and meeting. • Attend meetings, take and record minutes of meetings.• Prepare and distribute correspondence such as memo.
