• Review Contractor’s shop drawings against the design [IFC] drawings for compliance with the design intent and return with appropriate comments/approval within the specified contractual period. • Review Contractor’s HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting services material proposals against specified technical performance requirements and advises the Contractor on the appropriateness of the recommendations. • Review of the Contractor’s proposed mechanical system testing & commissioning methods and schedule. • Responsible to supervise general project site inspections related to HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Electrical services as per approved shop drawings & project specifications. • Responsible to issuance of NCR & SOR to the contractor as per project specifications. • Responsible to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Subcontractor and Vendors management by effective communication skills.• Responsible for site inspection and ensuring the compliance of site works according to specification and drawings.

• Responsible to supervise general project site inspections related to HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Electrical services as per approved drawings & project specifications. • Responsible to analyze HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting engineering problems and formulate solutions. • Responsible to provide technical advice to Contractors supervisor, inspector and contracting service provider, regarding installation of MEP System. • Responsible to Deal with Contractor’s RFIs relating to the MEP works, Where required prepare technical clarifications to the IFC design to suit specific on-site construction and co-ordination issues • Responsible to continually review the contractor’s construction schedule during the progress of the site works with regards to MEP services and report to the Resident Engineer on the same.

• Responsible to analyze mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions. • Responsible to review plans and specifications according to the plan. • Subcontractor and Vendors management by effective coordination skills.• Installed all Plumbing services, sanitary drainage systems, rainwater systems & Gas supply systems. • Supervised the installation transfer pumps & booster pumps • Supervised the installation of ducted units as per project specifications.• Preparing RFI’s for MEP services • Resolving all JSIs, SORs at priority basis to avoid any possible NCR. • Attend progress and technical meetings with client and consultant. • Responsible to check the architectural design model with the MEP drawings for the proposed construction. • Review Sub Contractor’s shop drawings against the design [IFC] drawings for compliance with the design intent and return to senior Engineer with appropriate comments/approval within the specified contractual period. • Responsible with in conjunction with the document controller, ensure that the filing/logging of the MEP documentation is undertaken in line with the project handbook and continually monitor the same.
