• I was the senior IT consultant for a team 6. Team consisted of 4 IT consultants that went out to the various clients and 2 were responsible for client procurement requirements as well as onsite support for Paracon SA. • Our main function was fulfilling SLA agreements we had with multiple clients. These clients varied across various areas of expertise. • We were the IT Departments of companies who did not have onsite IT Support. • Clients varied between expertise, from engineering, finance, NGO’s, entertainment and consulting firms. There were 2 call centres. One managed the short-term insurance’s like funeral cover and hospital insurance.
