• Coordination with R&D , I.E & Marketing department for the system Implementation of Technology & Garment Chemistry i.e. ( Sustainabe & conventional Products)• Prepare Brand Wise Pre VS Post Order Cost Analysis and Report to Top Management for Strategic decision making with its variance analysis.• Prepare Monthly Customer Wise Sales Analysis as per received orders &also report to Top management

• Propose annual budget based upon KPI and the planned targets of production in the guidance of the manager.• Gather and Verify the Material Annexure/Schedule of P&L and Balance Sheet within the given deadline with accuracy so the final monthly closing deadline do meet.• Coordination with Supply Chain Team in Material Lead time, Material Management.• Co-ordination with Marketing, Supply chain, R&D/Production & I.E in preparation of Pre-order Costing and its Variation in terms of Material, Rates, yield and FOB.• Prepare & Analyze Supplier Wise Procurement, its Landed Cost Impact & tracking (Country, Region Wise).• Assist in Preparation of Warehouse Inventory ABC Analysis & Stores KPI Regarding (Buffer Stock /Safety Stock, Anticipatory Stock for Forecasting Purpose of business).• Prepare Raw Material Stock Aging Analysis on the Basis of Customer Liability, Wrong Procurement, Dead Stock, and Slow moving stock.• Monitoring Fabric & Trims KPI as per Sales.

• Assist ERP Team in Project Pre-order Costing Digitization..• Conducting monthly physically stock count of Raw Material, WIP and finished goods.• Co-ordination with External Auditors on relevant areas and prepare schedule for audit purpose Suggestion on ERP Reports as per Management Requirements.• Assist Senior Management in preparation of Financial Statement in-terms of Stock and consumption• Analytical report for management and Directors related to consumption and stock trends.• Review Monthly Inventory Yield of (Fabric & Trims) per pcs cost & it’s Analysis.• Review and finalize Inventory closing Stock Dashboard on monthly basis

• Monthly Inventory Reconciliation as per General Ledger & ERP Reports.• General Ledger Reconciliation with respect to ERP reports.• Store Wise Consumption recording with respect to production.• To Verify Monthly Trend Analysis of Utility Expenditures.• Reconciliation of Intercompany transactions of Fabric.• To Record Payable invoices of local Suppliers of Raw Material & General Suppliers
