My primary role is to provide assistance and support to both international and local clients. I am responsible for monitoring the system on the portal using Metabase, which allows me to keep track of any issues that may arise.In addition to monitoring the system, I am also responsible for deploying builds on servers, which involves ensuring that the build is properly configured and functional. This includes maintaining the servers and troubleshooting any issues that may arise, such as server downtime or system crashes.To ensure that everything is running smoothly, I regularly check the Docker containers and review logs to troubleshoot any issues that may occur on both the client-side machine and staging and production environment servers.Ultimately, my goal is to provide comprehensive support to our clients, ensuring that they are able to use our services with ease and without any disruptions. This involves taking the time to fully understand their needs and providing effective solutions to any problems that may arise.
