Network Administration-Daily administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN and responsible to handle network and Internet traffic for about 150 users.-Supervising with the LAN/WAN Vendors in case of hardware and ensure to provide the backup in minimum down time.-Monitoring of LAN & WAN based on XP\WIN7.-Monitoring of Remote Connectivity of SAP Servers installed on remote production areas.-Administration of Users Accounts, Permissions and Privileges by using the Active Directory.Lotus Notes Administration-Notes Server Administration of ID & NSF files for new users.-Migration of users account ID file to different Notes Servers.-Troubleshooting at every level regarding Lotus Notes.-Daily Backup & Recovery of Lotus Notes Server by using DPM.-Disaster Recovery Plan on Quarterly Basis.Hardware & Software Support-The installation of different applications over 150 computers, 50 printers and network in office and seven regional offices.-Support for all equipment under warranty or Maintenance Contract by different vendors i.e. Mushko Electronics, ABM Info Tech, Gerry’s Soft logics, Inbox Biz etc.-Manage & follow up of Warranty & Maintenance contract calls of all vendors.-Troubleshoot and repair desktop and laptop computers, printers.-Install and update software on all computers through WSUS Server, ensure error-free backup of data on File Server, Active Directory Server and DHCP Server.-Ensure Antivirus Server’s updates on all clients.-Provide technical support and recommendations on equipment/software as needed.-Procurement of all Hardware & Software related equipment.-Responsible to maintain the hardware & software inventory through Ideal Administration software and Team viewer.-Responsible to provide the Blackberry support for clients.-Arrange and coordinate meetings, audio & video conferences through WebEx and special events for Senior Managers and Vice President’s of different business.
