• Maintaining the Party wise Receivable balance for each party• Adjustment of over/under billed STIs through Debit/Credit notes• Journal Entries & General Ledger• Ensuring that the payment of invoices is completed within a timely manner and in accordance with payment terms• Identifying invoices that are overdue or have not been received• Matching invoices to the relevant receipts• Setting up vendor accounts and reconciling statements• Keeping track of every transaction and logging details into a system• Reconciling intercompany transactions on regular basis• Prepare RTGS for LC’s payment on daily basis• To creates payment challan of Withholding Income tax (Suppliers and Employees) on weekly basis through FBR e-payment system and adjustment accordingly in Oracles.• To upload data of Withholding income tax (Suppliers and Employees) in IRIS.• Prepares federal & state estimated tax payments (Income Tax & Sales Tax)• Prepare Sales Tax & Income Tax WHT challan for suppliers• Payment of Income tax and Sales tax invoices in AP through Data Loaded in Oracles• Timely data entries, reconciliation and availability of proper supports with checks and balances• Reconciliation of control accounts with sub ledgers, bank reconciliations• To build strong personal contacts with banks, regarding LC’s Opening Acceptance and payments

Job Responsibilities:• Maintaining the Party wise Receivable balance for each party• Preparation of Ageing Analysis for the receivable Balance for each party• Maintaining the Instrument wise record of all the recoveries against the sales made to the respective parties• Preparation of daily Production and Dispatch Report of R-PSF Bales and then preparation of Reconciliation of R-PSF Bales• Preparation of Work in process Reconciliation of WIP Stock on daily basis and verification of the same through physical stock count on monthly basis• Preparation of daily Electricity and Power consumption cost and its allocation to the per unit Cost of Finished Goods produced• Preparation of Daily Dashboard for the board members showing the summarized form of activities performed during the day• Reconciliation of store items on daily basis• Month end physical verification of all the inventory items of the company• Playing major role in implementation of Store Inventory System
