• Successfully created Cronus Bot an smart AI based chat bot, Cronus Bot has participated in various global Chat Bot competitions and have secured top spots in the years 2011, 2012 and 2013. As a Team Lead on this project responsibly handled core AI research & development process, implementation of AI modules, core development process, database maintenance, knowledge base enhancement, deployment to production server, Testing and debugging.• Research and analysis on Artificial Intelligence tools, APIs, packages and Knowledge Base systems to enhance the Cronus chatbot functionality.• Designing, developing and implementation of Artificial Intelligence based modules and components. • Writing, updating and maintaining technical documentation for integration, logic, workflows, operational procedures and further enhancements.• Responsible for unit and integration testing of various modules and rectification of identified issues.• Manage code builds and server deployments over multiple test and production environments.• Managing the code/components developed by other team members, checking their functionality and performance and integrating/merging in core AI project. • Managing a team of developers responsible for developing, testing and debugging.• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.• Report to senior management on team performance.
