Develop Plans:• Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.Perform Sales Visits:• Visit potential and current clients in order to provide product information, answer client questions and concerns and build brand awareness.Secure Sales:• Securing both individual sales and contracts, depending on the company and product, and deals can be made over the phone, through email or in person through sales visits.• Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.• Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the management• Investigate lost Sales and customer accounts. Build Relationships:• Build and maintain key relationships with potential and current clients Ensure DME proper utilization and either these being properly passed on to trade Manage Sales Team:• Training sales employees, holding regular conference calls, reviewing team member expense reports, coaching, motivating and supporting the sales team, and ensuring that employees are achieving their sales goals.• Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.Efficient Distribution Network• Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.• Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to Sales and Distribution Manager. • Track, collate and interpret sales figures
