Current Responsibilities:Sales, Service & marketing of fully automatic & computer controlled systems like CAD/CAS/CAM Systems, fully automatic Production Handling System ,in UAE, Gulf and MENA region.Conducting software and technical training at customer premises. Business development by analyzing the market requirements and identifying new products to be added in the product range to increase the business opportunities.Managing team of 6 service engineers of AMS Department. Delegating day to day assignments to team members in order to provide the best customer service.Providing technical support over the phone for system problems as well as related to client network, software and hardware installations.Guiding the Service team for the installation of low current systems as per contract drawings and regulations.Developing commissioning schedule and integrate with construction activity schedule for commissioning of the system at required time.Testify the installed system and its complete functionality.Conduct technical session / lecture for other departments to explain the features & benefits of products of our department.

To do Installation & give application training of CAD System (Computer Aided Design Software along with Digitizer & Plotter) / CAS System (Fully Automatic fabric spreaders) / CAM System (Fully Automatic Fabric Cutters) / UPS System (Unit Production System for automatically moving work from one place to another) at customer's site in GCC, Jordan & KenyaConduct In-house Training Sessions for the CAD System.Provide after sales support to customer on site regarding CAD / CAM / CAS / Unit Production Systems' software and hardware problems (mechanical / electronics).Responsible for regular servicing of CAD, CAS and CAM Systems under annual maintenance contracts.In-charge of the spare parts purchase / sales / inventory control for various products.Extensive travelling for servicing and maintenance of installed systems in Gulf Region, Jordan & Kenya.To attend the reputed exhibitions of the related industry in the region and world wide.Also provide IT related support to company in absence of IT persons.

To visit all the Spinning Factories within all the cities of Sindh, Lahore, Rawalpindi & Peshawar for Installation & Training Fibre testing system.Provide software and technical training at customer premises all over the Pakistan. Worked on Computerized (PCB) Printed Circuit Board repairing system in house for board repairing.To co-ordinate with the Lahore & Multan Branch offices regarding the problems related to the customers in their region.On site problem rectification on Electrical & Electronic side.On site electronics board repairing and fixing the problem.To check the warranty claims from all over the country ad approve or reject as required.To co-ordinate with the Head-quarters in Switzerland regarding the under warranty parts.To represent the Head Office in all the seminars / events related to Service issues or problems of customers/dealers.
