- The sole point of contact for major clients, i.e., Yas Mall, World Trade Center Mall, Dalma Mall, etc., due to strong operational capabilities, customer interaction and maintaining effective customer relations by delivering the objectives of the projects.- Delivering weekly and monthly waste management reports by day to day data tracking to monitor progress in waste management to improve recycling ratios.- Coordinating operations activities such as scheduling, assigning resources for services, job planning, job execution and post job review.- Delivering the budget for the operations and monitoring of expenses for the activities.- Actively participating in P&L reviews with Line manager to monitor financial performance.- Managing cash for the projects assigned.- Supporting the business development department of the company and working closely in terms of technical and commercial officers.- Actively participating in site visits and work inspections.- Supporting the QHSE department in maintaining the QHSE policies and delivering the ISO integrated management system.- Delivering the KPIs set for operations in terms of performance, sustainability and QHSE.- Actively participating in QHSE and sustainability audits conducted by the internal and external auditors.
