Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor the sugar production process using the DCS operating system, ensuring maximum efficiency and production yields. Maintain process parameters and control systems, including flow, temperature, pressure, and level, to ensure the smooth operation of the plant. Conduct regular checks on process equipment and machinery, identifying and resolving any issues to prevent downtime and minimize production losses. Ensure that chemical processes are conducted in a safe and controlled manner, in accordance with company policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve any process or equipment problems that arise, working closely with maintenance and production teams as required. Monitor and control the chemical addition processes, ensuring that the right quantities of chemicals are added at the right time and in the right manner. Manage and oversee the inventory of raw materials and chemicals, ensuring that sufficient stocks are available at all times to meet production demands. Prepare and maintain process reports, including daily production reports, chemical consumption reports, and performance data analysis. Conduct regular process reviews, analyzing performance data and making recommendations for improvements to processes and systems. Provide technical support to other production departments, as well as to the maintenance and engineering teams. Ensure that all process equipment is properly maintained, and carry out routine maintenance and calibration activities as required. Maintain a safe and secure working environment, ensuring that all safety procedures are followed and that safety equipment is readily available and properly used.

Responsibilities: Working as a Senior Process (July 2021 – July 2022) Evaluation of design and technical details for existing, new projects and proposed modifications to the plant. Perform all calculations and assessments of existing process parameters and optimization. Knowledge of international codes & standards such as API and ASME.  Arrangement for utilities against growth in production volumes and business plans. Maintain Personal safety, surroundings hygiene and follow GMP protocols. Responsible for verification, monitoring and recording all CCP of plant. Maintaining product quality and minimizing plant losses through coordination with the laboratory staff. Maintain high I.Q.S to ensure optimum plant performance. Calculating the material and steam balances. Investigating and troubleshooting plant problems. Responsible to minimize energy & sugar losses. Engaged in the research and development of new manufacturing processes. Inspection and maintenance of different Process equipment (evaporators, heaters, pans, centrifugal machines, condensers, vacuum filters, etc.).

Responsibilities: Working as a Shift Engineer (November 2014 – June 2021) Responsible for ensuring optimum production levels and the smooth running of a manufacturing facility. Manage daily production plans, managing resources & utilities achieve quality production goals. To ensure proper execution of maintenance jobs and to minimize downtime when troubleshooting, coordinate with the maintenance department. Optimizing plant efficiency by monitoring and controlling different process parameters (Temp, Pressure, Flow Rate, PH, etc.). Inspecting chemical and mechanical cleaning of different types of equipment (Falling Film Evaporators, Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers, etc.).
