- Involved in technical as well as commercial bid evaluation and executions of different projects- Preparation of Organization chart for different projects, preliminary schedule, master construction schedule (Primavera-P6) & Cash flow of projects as well as complete progress reports of the projects- Preparation of material inspection request (MIR), work inspection request (WIR), weld MAP, PQR (Procedure Qualification Record), WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), method of statement (MOS), Inspection and testing plans, ITP check list, shop drawings & as built drawings- Vendor coordination for major mechanical systems/items like Compressor Air, LP Gas, Fire Protection, Industrial & domestic Waters, Oil pumps, Chemical pumps, Overhead Crane & HVAC equipment’s.- Procurement of mechanical material as per project requirement- Dana Bay – Erection of Flow-Rider Steel, installation of Pumps and installation of finishing items- Tasnee Group – Dismantling and installation of 26 meters high Three Silos- Kubota – Piping and water pumps installation work of cooling tower and bending machine- American Consulate – Installation and testing of piping work & Air-Compressor- American Consulate – Installation & testing of Challenger Lifts (2 & 4 posts)- American Consulate – Installation and testing of two HVAC Package units- NEOM Community-1 – Installation of LPG system including underground Tanks, Vaporizers and pipingnetwork for equipment’s of kitchen and dining area as well as service staff areas- Responsible for execution of HVAC package units & concealed units including complete ducting and Accessories like VCD (Volume Control Dampers), Louvers- Responsible for execution work of HVAC Split wall mounted & Cassette units including Condensate Drain PipesPrevious Responsibilities include Project Engineering/Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical installation of Compressor, Reverse Osmosis (RO) Unit, Mechanical Chiller System; Installation of Boiler feed water lines, Installation of Steam lines, Installation of Utility lines, Installation of Tankage Systems, involved in re-conditioning of plate heat exchanger.- Supervise the installation & inspection of Overhead (EOT) cranes (Runway rail) & Jib cranes- Dismantling and installation of 26 meters high & 6.5 meters diameter Three Silos
