Me with my team and with the help of time management and 5S rule providing full support to all chain departments like CAD / Cutting / stitching / washing / finishing and packing to achieve their monthly targets.Weekly, monthly meetings with all core departments for better planning of trims and to make sure timely availability.Cost effective, quality products with easily excess to the market is the priority. This policy sets out certain minimum standards which we require our suppliers to meet, and these are clearly stated.Keys of successive profession and crucial responsibilities :1) Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.2) Select transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution.3) Develop material forecasts or standard cost lists to control the cost of any item.4) Appraise vendor manufacturing ability through on-site visits and measurements.5) Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.6) Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.7) Meet with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback, or to discuss production forecasts or changes.8) Collaborate with other departments, such as PPC, PD, MARKEETING and quality assurance, to identify or qualify new suppliers and their items.9) Analyze information about supplier performance or procurement program success.10) Design or implement supply chains that support environmental policies.

My duties were :o Product delivered to plan – monitoring and maintaining the product delivery schedule and Poso To assist in managing the process of taking product from buyer to Warehouse to meet our store and customer requirementso Fully support to the my seniors approximately in all aspects of their roleo Communication with buyers and customers via Emails, Telephone and directlyo Ensuring timely receipt of Purchase Orders.o Monitoring and maintaining the product delivery schedule and Goods In diary.o Chasing and receiving confirmation of Purchase Orders from suppliers within short timeo Ensure all PO information is up to date in Options at all timeso Making P.O’s As per advancement in the procurement field well griped on oracle based software’s Like as Wizman, ERP, etc.in addition to above I had also done ,Product Purchases,Data Handling, Communication With Suppliers, reviewing large value purchase orders, preparing and managing requests for proposals and reviewing the bidding process. making plans and strategies, reviews and approves invoices for payment, resolves any problems that arise,creates and maintains procurement records, including electronic records in the IDRC’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Oracle, and other systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data;provides advice and guidance to clients on shipping methods and services, risks, and costs for domestic and international shipments, analyses logistical requirements and decides on appropriate methods and services to use, based on standard practice, and plans, executes and monitors shipments and provides required written authorizations,issues instructions and import/export documentation to suppliers, freight forwarders, and/or carriers, to ensure timely and safe arrival of goods, and takes necessary action to resolve problems/disputes.

My duties were :1) Maintain parties ledgers,2) Reconciliation of ledgers,3) Payment follow ups and recovery of payment with customers,4) Keep watch on the state of the cash and bank balance and of investments and keep watch on the progress of collection of revenue.5) Generating the invoices against deliveries6) Solving the invoicing issues with customer accounts7) Generating the credit notes against parties debit notes and make adjustments accordingly with receptive accounts
