Construction of residential House A+Class, Site execution, Oversee all finishing work (Tile flooring, Ceiling Work, Paint Work and Carpentry work

·       The ability to assist with monthly reports regarding area maintenance, and Projects.·       The ability to ensure all public or Plant areas are patrolled daily and all finishes are in good order.·       Ensure the construction contractors, activities comply with all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment, and security policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures, and relevant department requirements.·       Ensure that construction contractors working within his discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved drawings, specifications, job instructions, material deliveries’ and tool applicable to his particular discipline and area of work·       The ability to prepare all (Maintenance & Renovation) Estimates.·       Experience in Building maintenance and offices renovation at Plant. All Civil maintenence, renovation and Finishing work at CEO House

·        In conjunction with the contractors’ supervision, planning engineers, and the Construction Engineer, develop detailed daily and weekly work plans in accordance with the overall planning schedule.·        Responsible for monitoring the discipline and timekeeping of contractors and labor in a defined work area, identifying any disciplinary action required, and informing the relevant Discipline Superintendent.·        Experience in Flyover Columns, Pile Caps, Retaining Walls construction activities and strong knowledge of all aspects of construction.·        Proficiency in monitoring contractors’ performance in the areas safety, quality, environmental conformance, and schedule.
