I am a 2nd year BS Cybersecurity student at FAST NUCES Islamabad, with a strong affinity for math, problemsolving, coding (mostly in C/C++), cybersecurity, language, and health.My favourite subject has for a long time been Math, I find it to be one of the beauties of the world. Unfortunately, in math exams (although I did get A/A*s) I often find myself losing marks due to wasting time thinking of simpler/more elegant solutions to problems (I wrote as little as possible on my exams).Nonetheless, due to my father's influence, I also began prioritising practicality/actionability in anything I suggest, as well as taking action— becoming a man of action. Anywhere I see issues, I move to resolve them, rather than being a bystander. Obviously, problems cannot be solved without the situation at hand being understood first, hence I often—and without hesitation or shyness— ask questions (whether to myself, to smart colleagues, or to professors etc.) in order to clarify the issue and remove any linguistic ambiguities that I (or anyone else in my class or team) may have been encountering.Accordingly, I try to be perceptive of the different perspectives any interlocutor may hold, making common grounds easier to establish and solutions quicker to recognise.I believe honesty, sincerity, understanding, and respect lead to better cooperation and growth in any organisation or team. Even the jokes I make are honest — even though this sometimes means the "logic" behind my jokes becomes too layered to be understood, stripping them of the "joke" status.During my 1st and 4th semesters in uni, I've also taken clients for physical fitness training (online and in-person), and this helped develop my communication and comprehension skills, as well as my experience working with different types of people.All in all, I believe I make myself a great addition to any team, presenting creative, logical, and actionable solutions, new perspectives, and an observativeness that can help improve direction and productivity.
