Reads & perform a first inspection (FIR) as per drawings.Co-ordinate the NDT process for incoming material (UT) and finished good product (MPT).Prepare all inspection related documents during inspection and QMS documentation.In process rework/rejection analysis and taking counter measures for such rework/rejectionResponsible for Maintaining and planning of new instruments and gauges with periodical review of calibration reportsReview and approval of Standard Operating Procedures, Q – Alert & Work Instructions for all the processHandling the customer complaints in the customer end and solved with CAPA (8D).Prepare and Conduct the Internal Audit plan and follow up the updating of Corrective Action for Internal Quality Audit NC’s and observations.

ResponsibilityRead blueprints and specifications. Monitor the operations to ensure that they meet production standards.Inspect and measure the materials in every hours that the products being produced and noted in job card.Measure the products with calipers, gauges, bevel protector and micrometers.Checking the PMI (Positive Material Identification) and Hardness of the product before the product reach the output.Visual inspection are to be done whether the product is damaged or not by blow hole, dent, scratch, etc. Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.Monitoring the production rate per hour in every machines and finding the rework and rejection jobs in every hour to resolve the failure of job.Maintaining the 5S housekeeping tool in every production line.
