• Collect official documents related to visa process (passport, certificate, photos and others to liaise PRO on visa processing, visa renewals and ensure that all are kept in active and valid.• Develop the on boarding bundle of forms that needs to be filled by any new joiners related to bank account, medical enrolment, joining date etc.• Handling day- to-day activities and administrative activities including selection & staffing, tasking and ensure proper implementation of rules and regulations.• Responsible for processing for all paper works related to Ministry of Labor, payroll processing• Successfully implementing company policies / labor laws and take the disciplinary action under standing orders• Prepare the initial internal documentation and offer letter related to employment• Maintaining and updating the Personnel files & Database (HRMS and PAYSOFT)• Supervising activities at the office and maintenance of attendance and leave records necessary for processing payrolls of employees
