Job Responsibilities•3D scanning and conversion of Scan data to CAD model with re-construction of missing surfaces.•Mapping of Scan data on CAD model for first article inspection•Design Modification in the parts to avoid support structures •Incorporation of shrinkage allowances in CAD to achieve maximum accuracy.•Generation of lattice structure to reduce strength to weight ratio•Support structure optimization of parts for SLM 3D printing using Materialize Magics software•Part orientation, printability check and basic thermal analysis (deformation) of the model.•Machine operations, trouble shooting and maintenance of Metal 3D printers•Design validation and modification for metal 3D printing

Job Responsibilities• Coordinate and perform Routine, Preventive & Breakdown maintenance jobs of Rotary equipment as well as Stationary equipment.• Development of MTBF reports of rotary equipment.• Analyze critical, moderate and good equipment with the help of latest Condition monitoring tools. • Manage and maintain Daily Progress Reports, as well as machine history and records.• Identifications of critical equipment & development of PMS of every critical equipment.EQUIPMENT WORKED ON • Maintenance of centrifugal and P.D pumps of ITT-Gould’s, KSB, Fybroc single stage and multistage of different capacities and Material like SS, C.I, PP, Nickel, Titanium.• Gear Boxes for Agitator and Scraper.• Heat Exchanger (Shell & Tube Type, Plate Type).• Different types of Valves like Globe valves, Gate valves, Non-return valves, Butterfly valves, Diaphragm valves, filters & Steam traps.• Cooling towers (Force Draft and Induced Draft).• Preventive maintenance of Air Compressors (Screw Type and Reciprocating Type).
