Key responsibilities include:Developing and implementing distribution strategies for optimal efficiency.Managing corporate relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.Overseeing the successful launch of a new line of leather goods under our brand.Streamlining inventory control processes and optimizing product distribution.Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance overall organizational performance.Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

• Greet and serve customers in order to ensure the provision of the highest standards of customer service and the achievement of maximum sales.• Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity.• Promote the brand as per the company policy.• Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization• Developing business strategies to raise our customer’s pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.• Dealing all corporate Clients.• Adhere to the policies & processes of the company with respect to operation of store.• Build and maintain good relations with the existing customers.• Train, supervise, and motivate employees.• Stock replenishment, promotion of products and new launches.• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in terms of display and stock rotation.• Order & receive goods and Taking inventory.• Verify all transactions and sales at the stores and ensure accounting accuracy of all entries at the end of the day.• Interaction with all banking sector and other companies• Resolve the customers’ warranty Issue .

• Maintaining Shop Services and Efficiency, Supervising Shop Staff from Head Office. • Attending phone calls, receiving messages from these calls, attending to customers’ emails and SMS’s and taking a decision as a Manager.• Taking Inventory of all shops once every week.• Allotting shift timings and schedule to branch staff. • Computerized and manually transferring/checking stock.• All Shop Expenses control and check on daily basis• Randomly checking Discount on daily basis• All Employees’ personal profile maintenance • Providing Requirements of all Shops.• Branches Audit on Weekly Basis• Surprise Cash Audit.• All Shops Network Employee hiring• All Shop supervising CCTV monitoring from Head Office• Maintaining a peaceful and amiable working environment in the office by coordinating between different office departments and strictly following the Office Decorum
