While directly reporting to EVP HR & Admin, Business Zone Central, I played a vital role in off boarding appox. 14000 employees successfully which was almost half of the total laid off employees in world’s largest one - time lay off.Main Responsibilities included :-  Coordination with the Project Management Office (PMO) and VSS Support Center. Imparting of training to the Data verifiers at Data Center, Lahore regarding details of VSS Package calculations, functional support for VSS Software Application and business processes implementation. Execution of the Project Plan, incorporating inevitable modifications and monitoring the project activities. Enforcing contingency plans such as Issue / Risk Management Plans, Change Control Plans, Re-communication plans etc. Implementation of revised VSS Process Development i.e. Notification process, approval process, payment process etc. Preparation and subsequent submission of Daily / weekly / monthly status reports.  Focal person for ensuring close liaison with Director Commercial Accounts for Business Zone Central, Lahore. Documentation of the complete Appeal proceedings. Focal person for ensuring complete HR / Data support to the legal department for desired follow up of legal cases in different courts of Law pertaining to VSS. Maintain and administrate all affairs related with Records dossiers of all employees including ttendance, Time Management, Leave & Loan concerns, Employee Orientation & training as well as other departmental processes & procedures. Maintain & update Personnel files, Bio -Data of all employees Managed All Events including Board of directors Meeting, Sports Season, Annual Functions
