• Reporting directly to Director Operations all account related operations including daily reconciliation and revenue auditing. • Uphold timely and accurate documentation of financial activities to maintain up-to-date records.• Preparing monthly bank reconciliation, financial statements and management reports.• Finalizing financial statements for audit purpose with supporting schedules.• Managing accounts related transactions of clients, suppliers and creditors; invoicing, ageing receivables preparation, constant follow up and coordination. • Reviewing A/P on daily basis, verifying initial payments due dates from all records and periodically reconciling with all the related parties.• Monitoring all petty cash transactions and facilitating intercompany reconciliation.• Participating in staff payroll preparation and finalization according to WPS.• Performing all the other duties in liaise with the financial manager.• Checking local, chartered invoices.• Minimize cost of Organization.
