My role was to verify the covid test from testing kit of registered vendor 101 Testing. I had to check if the test was taken properly and look for identification through documentation. In case of incomplete documentation, had to reach out to the customers via Email and sometimes whatsapp, to have them submit the test and documentation properly. As soon as the UK government lifted the mandatory requirement for covid testing for the trvellers, the assignment was concluded.
