• Learning how to do the full accounts by using Microsoft Dynamics 365.• Issue sale invoices & official receipt and purchase invoices for customer and supplier.• Prepare every month’s closing report such as Balance Sheet and Income Statement.• Prepare every month’s bank reconciliation and make sure the ending balance of bank reconciliation correct with ending balance of bank statement.• Preparing payment voucher or issue check to make payment for vendor and send the debit advice to the vendor after made the payment.• Provide management account to the auditor such as Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Trial Balance, General Ledger, Debtor & Creditor aging and Debtor & Creditor Ledger.• Provide supporting documents to the auditor for audit queries such as vendor invoice and receipt, sale invoice and official receipt, analysis breakdown, tax ledger and receipt, summary and monthly inventory listing, monthly bank statement and monthly & summary payroll listing.• Handling the accounts for 4 companies which are 2 active companies and 2 dormant companies.• Perform stock take on the end of every month’s and prepare stock take report.

• Learning audit vouching and working papers for different type of companies such as Pajak Gadai.• Learn how to generate management account from SQL Accounting software.• Prepare tax computation and Form C for new incorporation company, dormant and active company.• Preparing audit queries and liaises with client to solving the audit queries.• Prepare client’s signing pages, audit confirmation and audit report for submitting to secretary companies and clients.

• Preparing audit working papers for accounts in Statement of Financial Position and Statement of Profit and Loss based on the schedule format given by the company using Microsoft Excel and perform audit fieldwork at client’s company if necessary.• Understanding tax computation and deferred taxation working papers based on schedule given by the company.• Perform stock take at client’s company and prepare stock take reports.

• Prepare and finishing audit assignments which are audit vouching, audit working papers, audit programmed and audit confirmation.• Understanding taxation software which is “Superior TaxComp” and applied it in completing tax computation and Form C for client’s company.• Prepare current audit file (CAF) and permanent audit file (PAF) for clients using audit software which is ‘Audit Express Master (AXP)’.
