•Handling the implementation of Health information Solution (HIS) and Post Implementation support for Hospital.•Configuration and installation Medical Device (OCT,Biometry ,Specular Microscopy, Slit lamp etc)•Set up the connectivity between medical devices and software solutions,•Manage the Hospital Information System (Health Level 7);•Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity when reported;•Complete configuration, installation and support of equipment in a Microsoft Windows environment (servers, printers, computer workstations, etc.);•Ensure the smooth functioning of the Health Information Projects;•Interact with external and internal clients to resolve basic and complex help desk issues in a timely manner and based on business priorities;•Connect and Installation routers, servers, Wireless, switches, servers, cables, racks, firewalls, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, IPsec VPN configuration;,•Responding to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, to provide technical assistance and support;.
