• Developing/modifying & monitoring the extracts for nightly batch run using SQL/PLSQL for DB2.• Designing Brio and QBIS (UNIX based system) queries for promotional offerings, STUBS, No-SHIPS etc.• Rebate management.• Working with development team on special assignments such as R.O.L. and channel collaboration.• Dealing with Leasing, Accounting, Pricing and Operations teams for their system’s related issues.• Training the employees on Brio and QBIS queries.

• Managing VAR Integration projects.• Developed Utilities (VB 6/Access2000) that credit unions can use to customize their Call Flow. • Releasing the software for QA and Beta sites. • Making sure that ISO 9001 procedures are strictly followed. • Managing the user acceptance as well as load testing process. • Installing the systems onsite and provide training to client’s IT staff.• Following-up with "Professional Services" department on Client’s ongoing issues. • Managing the smooth delivery of software to customer.
