Binus Research Team is a collaborative initiative at BINUS University dedicated to fostering research and innovation. The team brings together diverse expertise to explore and contribute to various research areas, promoting academic excellence and knowledge advancement.- Successfully authored 3 research papers, including 2 quantitative studies on information systems and 1 qualitative research on fraud risks in online marketplaces. One of them has been published in IEEE through the International Conference on Electronic and Electrical Engineering and Intelligent System (ICE3IS) 2023. These research endeavors aim to contribute valuable insights to a broader audience and enhance the research team's reputation.- Capable of conducting model testing with indicator measurement scale using SmartPLS and SPSS, and able to evaluate the results directly.

PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk is the largest tire manufacturing company in Southeast Asia, which produces and distributes high quality tires for passenger cars, SUV's / light trucks, off-road, industrial and motorbikes.- Successfully created and updated an employee training needs application system in 6 months, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders for decision making based on system and environmental analysis in the Learning and Development Department.- Performed data entry and database updates for internship participants each time there is a new batch or around 50 participants, ensuring the information is well organized and up to date.- Completing the development of the user interface for the training needs application in Figma within 1 week to ensure it is understandable for its users.
