Following Good Laboratory Practice.• Microbiological analysis of different Food products (Poultry products, Milk & Dairy products, Sea Foods, Juices & Beverages, Fresh Foods, Dry foods) as according to the ISO Standards.• Detection and Enumeration of different food pathogens like E.coli, Enterobacteriaceae, Coliform, Aerobic Plate count, E.coli 0157, Salmonella, Vibrio Spp., Bacillus Subtillus, Staphylococcus aureus, Campylobacter Jejuni, Clostridium perfringens, Listeria monocytogens, and Yeast & Mold as according to the ISO Standards.• Real-Time PCR base detection of food pathogens.• Basic Microbiology Techniques such as (Culture media preparation, streaking and spreadingtechnique, swab testing, environmental Monitoring, Sterilization and water testing).• Operation and installation of standard laboratory equipment’s like incubators, Microscope, Autoclave, Biological safety cabinets, PH & conductivity meter, centrifuge, Vertex mixer, heat block and Real-time PCR.• Documentation, SOP preparation of Quality control department.• Correspondence with customers regarding Quality.• Vendor evaluation.• Conducted internal Quality Management system inspections.• Methods verification & validation studies.• ISO 17025 accreditation• Review and update all records of the quality management system.
