Management Development Program (MDP) is a program created by the company to prepare the recruits employees to fill managerial candidates. Program participants are trained and formed in accordance with the needs and corporate culture.MDP occurred during the year, consists of training in class for 1 month, On the job training (OJT) phase 1 for 5 months and On the job training for 6 months of phase 2. In the first phase of OJT, my responsibility is to provide improvement in every division where I was OJT (marketing division, project division and internal audit division). By review the SOP, implementation and problems that exist in that division. Calculate supply, sales and non revenue water at Permanent Area level. Calculate supply allocation ad Permanent Area level. Conduct fieldwork to collect primary data for analysis, in coordination with the Division of Distribution Network and Customer Services. Conduct initial studies and assist the Permanent Area Services Section Head in analyzing the physical and commercial issues at the level of Permanent Area. Assist Permanent Area Section Head to create analisys report. ensure and monitor the implementation of H & S in the work environment. Implement ISO in the work environment.

This phase was planned to be implemented as the Water Resources and Irrigation Sector Management Project (WISMP-1) over the period of four years beginning from 2005 and terminating in December 31, 2009. The Project is jointly financed by Government of the Republic Indonesia (GoI) together with an IDA Credit No.3807-IND through a Development Credit Agreement (DCA), a World Bank Loan No.4711-IND through a Loan Agreement and a Grant No.TF052124 from the Government of the Netherlands through a Grant Agreement.The Part A of this project is for Strengthening Water Resources and River Basin Management at the National Level. The Technical Assistance (TA BWRM) is for supporting specific Sub-Components of Part A pertaining to Basin Water Resources Management and Infrastructure and Part C for strengthening project management pertaining to BWRM. Responsibility:As Assistant of River Management, responsible for preparing Manual for River Infrastructure Maintenance and River Asset Management. Prepare Inventory Form for River Assets management and prepare Inspection Form for River Infrastructure Maintenance. Supervision of physical progress and financial of river infrastructure maintenance works. River infrastructure maintenance works includes training activities, walkthrough-inspection, Survey Investigation and Design (SID), and River Infrastructure construction. And also prepare materials and a training resource for river infrastructure maintenance and river asset management. Provide technical assistance for water allocation activities.
