Maintaining feedback and assessment of the training effectiveness, maintaining training records and generation of different types of reports.• Maintaining the contact with and record of different trainings institutions.Performance Management• Design and implementation of a company-wide performance management system that is linked to the core vision and objectives of the business. Provision of on-going consultation to management on performance related issues.• Designing and developing of Target Based appraisal form (MBO).• Designing of Quarterly appraisal form for Technical and Management Positions.Compensation & Benefits• Compensation plan and policies. • Design of a merit increase and salary review system with built in factors such as Salary Comparison & Identification of Salary ranges & Grading, salary review budget,market rate of the job and internal equity to ensure fair and equitable review of salaries within the business.• Responsible for Supervision of Monthly payroll• Supervision of Attendance & Leaves Management • Supervision of daily wages Show less
