• Responsible for Operation, maintenance & installation of all machines areas i.e manufacturing (sterile and non-sterile), packaging, and printing.• Responsible for Maintenance of all machines areas; - Sterile (autoclave, sterilizer, vail/ampoule washing, vail powder filling, ampoule liquid filling), - Non- sterile (Compression, encapsulation, suspension powder filling, cap sealing, air blowing, mass mixer, fluid bed dryer, coating pan, liquid filling) - Packaging (labeler, blister, tablet pouching, ampoule pouching) - Printing (label printing, carton printing, barcode printing, barcode scanner) • Planning preventive maintenance & coordination with production. • Responsible for routine, preventive, and breakdown/shutdown maintenance of all equipment/machines. • Design and machining of all machine parts. Shafts, selection of gears and bearing, lathe operations, etc. • Inspecting machine repairs and installations with overseeing safety programs & procedures.• Analyzing machine work performance & maintain logs of repair and maintenance.

Pakistan steel mills is Pakistan's asset and extremely productive industry. It was a real learning experience with the colleagues out there. There were four departments namely MR&HT, MERS, PERS, and TPP, which we have visited for the purpose to understand the procedure which is followed in this corporation to run the daily operation. It was a great experience & thanks to Pakistan steel officers whom I met and got useful data for the preparation of my internship report.
