As a logistics manager, I have had to deal with many diverse groups of people, who have differing perspectives. I have developed strong communication capabilities through dealing with new clients and solving their difficulties. Whenever a problem arises, I always try to think of ways to overcome it with positivity and hard work. I have learned how to effectively deal with minor issues before they become major problems. I also quickly handle varying obstacles that arise within the scope of my job description.
