And keeping updated Knowledge of the equipments like HPLC, G.C, FTIR, UV spectrophotometer, Refractometer, Lovibond colorimeter, pH meter, viscometer, etc. used to achieve desired product standards. Responsible for maintaining the quality standards & product guidelines, issued time to time by the parent multinational companies such as Reckitt benckiser, Diversey lever, cussons international, Johnson & Johnsons.Himalya,europeon cosmetic & Henkel Arabia Germany. Responsible for HSE standards at the work station by preparing daily and monthly reports & following ISO 9001-2000 guidelines. Responsible to resolve work problems & recommend due measures in time to improve productivity & product quality by establishing production standards, efficiency, minimum wastages and maximum utilization of resources such as machines, raw material and manpower.  Supervises machines maintenance programs & recommends machines modifications, if needed so. Also ensuring smooth supply of spare parts along with the preventive maintenance program on all machines and equipments to minimize

 Responsible for production and process control through computer in PLC System & handling trouble shooting of the plant to ensure product quality standards & safety measure at the workstation. Responsible for process calculation & maintaining daily/overall records to issue work orders & due instructions to the concerned departments.  Provide assistance and co-ordinate in all functions of quality system for the development of new products endowing with feedbacks & suggestions that also results in having improved productivity and product quality.Responsibilities During Plant Erection: Involved in erection & installation activities of equipments & conduits in connection with the PID & ISOMETRIC diagrams along with the level calibration of kilns hydraulic processes, chillers, compressors, and ball mills etc. Involved in the pressure testing & essential functional test of plant equipments & finalizing pre commissioning & start up activities
