Group Head of Information Technology and Lead the overall I.T and MIS Operations regarding software development, Implementation,Maintenance and Networks,Project Manager of In house developed applications of ERP for Retail (More than 150 Shops), Restaurants (6), Pharmacy(2), Bakery Manufacturing (7 Units), CSD /RGB/Juice Manufacturing (3 Units), Dairy (1 Unit) and Confectionery (1 Unit).Defines requirements and plan project life cycle deployment.Defines resources and schedule for project/program implementation.Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.Plans and schedule project deliverable, goals, milestones.Directs and oversees project engineering and implementation team and manages conflicts within group.Performs team assessments and evaluations.Efficiently identifies and solves project issues.Demonstrates leadership to define requirements for project risk.Develop and schedule timelines of routine audits to be conducted by the IT department.Work as liaison between departments to support IT project completion and to meet business needs. Define projects success criteria and maintain communication to the CEO throughout the project life cycle.Proactively manage changes in projects scope, identifying potential problems/issues and determining contingency plans.Develop and deliver progress reports to the CEO on a weekly basis. Track projects milestones and deliverable.Plan and schedule projects timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Identify and manage projects dependencies and critical path.Identify and resolve issues and conflicts with the projects team.Manage projects development from beginning to end including the scope, goals, and deliverable that support the business goals in collaboration with senior management.Effectively communicate projects expectations to team members in a timely and clear manner.

Perform Responsibility of Project Manager and Manager MIS. Managing, Developing (Using Oracle 10g/Oracle DS 10g) and Implementing Database System (ERP System) having base of financial, manufacturing and administrative fields with full integration, having strong communication with other departments and have brief knowledge to make a feasibility and analysis of system, problem identification and its constructive solution.Handle and Administrate the LAN Environment. Responsible for configuration, enhancement and maintenance of Information System and networks. Responsible for the network expansion with latest hardware and responsible to maintain disaster recovery plan for information system.Identify the critical business issues and give proposal for new development or modifying the existing software and make feasibility for this and provide workable solution for this.

Perform Responsibility of Managing & Developing Database System, understand the problems and define creative solutions. Head the development Team for different in house developed applications like Human Resource Information System, Financial Accounts Management System, Weaving Production System and Export Management SystemHandle and Administrate the LAN Environment.
