Ensure the data is clean, accurate, and integrated into Power BI for analysis.✓ Design visually appealing and intuitive Power BI dashboards that showcase performance metrics in a clear and concise manner. ✓ Identify and select the most relevant performance metrics for MCR and pipeline management. • Identified gaps and potential in PARCO’s current state end-to-end planning and scheduling value chain of crude oil.• Quantified the gaps in terms of Recurrent Gross Refinery Margin (GRM) savings of PARCO in close coordination with McKinsey team.• Proposed initiatives to help PARCO bridge the current state gaps i.e.- Debottleneck in-land logistics through storage enhancement or Pipeline throughput enhancement to avoid demurrages- Improve supplier and PNSC terms to reduce scheduling shifts driven by laycan changes and vessel delays, etc.- Establish an LP (Linear Programming) model driven annual and monthly planning process dictated by crude indifference assessment to decide crude volumes and mix- Enhance model to introduce multi-period planning accounting for crude, intermediate, and finished product inventories- Optimize in-month scheduling and inventory management with LP integrated scheduling model Aspen Unified Scheduling (AUS) to maximize GRM with actual blend- Expand existing crude basket by evaluating crudes in proximity which fit the refinery operating specification- Develop a hybrid procurement capabilities model by introducing spot sourcing through a dedicated trading desk- Implement a full back-casting process to review and improve root-causes behind GRM deviations

Maintenance and Procurement Planning Engineer - Pipeline Maintenance Department - Oil and Finished Product Pipelines spread approx 2,200 km across the country- Successfully carried out planning, controlling, organization and execution of Coating Refurbishment Work on 16” dia.
