During my independent study at B-One Corp, I gained comprehensive knowledge in AI and digital marketing. I explored the fundamentals of Meta AI and machine learning algorithms, including regression, classification, and clustering, focusing on their applications in data-driven decision-making. Additionally, I honed my expertise in digital marketing strategies, covering content marketing, SEO (keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization), and social media advertising. Beyond technical skills, I developed essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and time management, equipping me to thrive in the dynamic digital industry.

As a Staff of Competency Escalation at BEM FISIP Undip 2024, I served as an Inspector Partner, responsible for overseeing the performance of member across the Advocacy Welfare and Student Campus Harmonization Divisions. I also included tracking individual and team performance to ensure alignment with BEM established competency standards. In addition, I assisted the Inspector in elaborating the results of KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) to both staff and BEM as a whole. I also took the lead in designing and implementing work programs aimed at enhancing the competencies of staff, particularly focusing on supporting the development of those requiring further improvement.

As a staff of Operations Division at 180dc Undip, I play a role in ensuring the successful execution of various programs. My responsibilities include overseeing programs focused on building strategic partnerships with leading companies. From the initial planning stages to drafting and finalizing MoU, I have been directly involved in establishing agreements with major corporations such as Gojek and Nutrifood. In addition to these collaborations, I actively contribute to other operational programs, ensuring smooth execution and delivering positive outcomes for both 180dc Undip and our corporate partners.

As a staff member in the Advocacy and Student Welfare Division (Advokesma) of BEM FISIP Undip 2023, my role focuses on enhancing student welfare through various initiatives. One of my key contributions is creating a podcast series that provides valuable scholarship information, helping high-achieving students access opportunities for financial support. In addition to this, I also active participate in a variety of programs under Advokesma, including Alumni Back to Campus, Fisip Mental Corner, and Exploring Kesma, among others. These efforts aim to improve the overall student experience and contribute to their personal and academic growth.
