• To compose work of recruitment team to reach the target defined by management• To assure that the work of team is efficient and effective by adjusting which one of customer project that have good and fast prospect• Responsible to set KPI for recruitment division and control its activity in team• Making changes on KPI if needed• Providing improvement on team to increase work result• Routinely reporting to the management about achievement of division and perfomance of consultants (weekly & monthly)• Responsible as PIC for several customers:- Maintaining good relationship with customer- Receiving new inquiry from customer and then contacting customer to assure its specification - Informing to customer if during interview arrange one or some candidates are not able to present• Analyzing incoming inquiries (requested position) from costumer• Sourcing candidates for required position in customer based on given qualifications as guidance.
